Collection: Wave Filter

When a wall of water creates a tunnel and is backlit by the Sun, the result can be a beautiful “green room.” In open water, we mostly see blue because shorter wavelengths scatter in all directions, and some of that scattered blue light reaches our eyes. But in a wave backlit by the sun, we are looking through the water at less-scattered or "transmitted" light. As sunlight passes through the wave, the light that reaches the eye appears green and creates the glowing effect inside the wave. Philosophical parallel: Willingness to focus is not weakness; rather, it is positioning. There is potential inside that manifests while in proper alignment with a good purpose.
